This effect uses a really short delay to make your guitar sound like a steel drum.

I am using an electroacoustic with a piezo pickup, so your mileage may vary. I think the key settings are: Amp on Clean, Speaker on MATCH, Delay on Single and levels set as shown above. I damp the strings slightly at the bridge. You may be able to set the Noise Supressor threshold higher on an electric guitar so you could play without dampening for a more consistent sound.

What an interesting sound! Sounds very percussive indeed, I wonder how it sounds on a plain electric guitar. I will definitely try it out. Thanks a lot for the patch.
