Hello!

Why not to share a song with good microbiarmates, right?

Well, the trouble about me is i like to tell stories and i love music. That kicked me into art rock, i think. Girls like long songs anyways, right?  :)

I lended a 100$ keyboard from my younger sister to record strings parts, so the quality is not Alan Parsons.  ;)

I could post lyrics if anyone'll be curious.

Glad to hear any review!  :D

I'm curious to hear more stuff like this. I liked it very much! The sound was clear and I liked the melody.

Were the drums made by Micro BR? Lyrics? Yes, please...

I like the Art Rock!! Sounded great - the boots crunching along the snowy path was a cool sound effect.

Post the lyrics!!

Welcome and great job!!

Wow what a bag of influence!!! Clint Eastwood, Good Bad and Ugly, Hange me High, and Youn Guns meet Porcupine Tree, Pink Floyd, Spandaeu Ballet, and Phish.

Love the ambience of the guitar anf the diminished chords used in the chorus.

Redler,

Thank you!

Here comes the lyrics. Very special and strange, with a buddhist influence, i enjoy it this way. :)

From where it should end
The story begins
Weaving timelines
Over ice fields

Polar midnight
's freezing the cracks
No echoes for
Sound of steps

"Get lost!" said the walker
To phantoms of future
And past run-roll-jumping
All along his footsteps

For something around this place
Made for him clear,
That he isn't his memory,
Neither dreams of himself

Wall of snowstorm
Shines far behind
Of sleeping city
Reflecting light

Hours ago
Walker passed city's arc
Like a raving brome's
Diminishing spark

No more a reflection
Of someone's expectations
Ghost of he's own
Duties and fears

Dispelling the vortex of
Thoughts and emotions
Fading out walker
Fell among his peers

Frozen Sky
Embracing silent dale
The hidden place
In the secret lands

Covers hermit with snow
Warming him with starlight
Freezing his mind
And cooling his heart...

I'm glad I had an opportunity to listen to this. Very good song. I too liked the boots crunching the snow.

Thanks!
osckilo,
Thanks, great that you noticed the dissonance in the lick, its always stunning to me to hit a wrong note and then "wait, that was cool!". :)
