Great take Steve!  The backer seems to have same chords as "Black Magic Woman" C. Santana --- excellent job!

Cheers guys. The trick with the backer is compression. I recorded the solo using SmoothLD, changed the cab setting to the  ... uummmm .. the lower case one, is it unmiked or sommat?

Anyway, I loaded the backer and solo into Audition, set up an effects bus for compression, added a doubler to the solo part, and the rest is tinkering with EQ, reverb etc and getting the compression right.

What equipment do you use for the backing keyboards/drums/bass and what are the microBR controls for the sounds? I am a newbie and tinkering with the micro at the moment.
