There Was a Time (still working on it)

I've made some changes, which should be quite obvious as the lead guitar part begins. I'm probably gonna change the the structure of the song some, perhaps include a chorus, but for now I just want to see if you guy's like the direction it's progressing. Constructive feedback is always welcome and encouraged.

Nice clarity and played with feeling. Is this with the on board mic?
Lot's to work with here. Interesting but not overly complicated which can make it messy to add to.
Are these the on board drums?

Having just said I like it as is (was), yeah, I do like this better. Nice additions, and there was a but of bassy fuzzyness on the first one that is gone here.

Yes, they are the on board drums, but I didn't use the external mic for anything; the keys were plugged right in to the MBR.

Thanks Steve! I realized I forgot to turn off the effects after I plugged in the keys to the mbr, which is where the buzz was coming from.

I don't like to over complicate things, I think there is beauty in simplicity and thats what I was going for here. Many guitarist can rip though scales and sound very impressive, I cannot, therefore I go for feeling, which many guitars can't seem to do, they rely on flash rather than feeling. Whether I pull that off or not is another question.

Better than the first take and the addtion of the lead guitar is really good still crying out for that vox but sounds really good to me.
