What can I say....I did this because I thought it would be a simple song, in my vocal range, good for a weekend project. Turned out it was not so simple, at least not to make it sound really good. I'll probably go back to it someday and fix it up a little. Well, see what you think. Of course comments are welcome.

It's not bad at all... god you should hear my first attempt at Imagine :( I did not realize that was just a hard song to record.

Anyway, the only thing I think it's missing is a bit more punch on the rhythm guitar. maybe a bit louder, and more centered... rhythm should be panned towards the right, and lead more to the left. Bass a bit less punchy.

Also, I would introduce a couple of different rhythm patterns here & there to give it an extra kick.

But all this is something you can just play around with the current recorded tracks. That's the fun of this thing, how you can make the rhythm arrangements afterwards, and the mixing. I do it while my wife watches her daily "chick" shows on tv.

Sounds great to me, though I agree with Olarte's panning comments. Is that a bass or a guitar doing the bassline? ;D And yeah, is suits your voice to a tee.

I think it's time for a re-work of that song. I'm not really satisfied with the lead part, and I'll take the advice about panning.

There is no bass used, just my epi les paul, which can be very bottom-heavy. If anyone wants to throw in a bass line, that would be cool, since I don't own a bass guitar.

Thanks for the input!
