Lovely, gentle song with excellent production values and hooky melodies. Really enjoyed listening to this, it's a nice sunny day here and this just goes so well with the weather. I hope the lyrics aren't dark....

I agree with Flash, the vocals sound fine to me. The harmonies in particular are delightful. I'm sure Hooper would let you know if it needed redoing!

Cheers,

It's Sonic Synth running under the Sample Tank engine, running in Sonar V.1.
Eight-year old technology! All that on an old computer with a Win2000 OS.  One of these days it's gonna all come crashing down and I'll have to start over.  ::)

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

QuoteIt reminds me of a guy/genius named Kevin Gilbert who died too young.
had never heard of him so went and had a look, cant see any similarities on anything ive heard yet, but love the song water under the bridge from the shaming of the true album, then the giraffe does lamb lies down, i always get the pg comparison thing so maybe you have something. off to delve further

So, "The Bunkbeds" are Jim and Hooper (Ken, right?)?

I would pay for a Bunkbeds album or nine.  Are there any available for sale?

As always, incredible production and musicianship from Ken, and beautiful lyrics and singing from Jim! ;D

the bunkbeds are actually just me but ken is certainly and honorary member a member with distinction.

the bunkbeds was pretty much my solo stuff with the odd collaboration but more of late it tends to be collaborations. pretty much since i got my micro br as it is so easy to swap material with people worldwide.

usually my collaborations from this board go to the nevermet site www.soundclick.com/nevermet.

but collabs with hooper are offsite usually by email, if i have written a song but other have collaborated like the st thomas song with geir and flash harry it goes to the bunkbeds site. if it is
someone from here who i have written lyrics and sang with it goes to the nevermet site.
all the jemima's kite stuff goes to www.soundclick.com/jemimaskite

the stuff i do with the osckilo guys generally goes to their soundclick site and myspace site, am sure tharek will post a link.

saying that these are not steadfast rules.

mr lathrop would love to collaborate with you, if we do you can choose where to post any results.

thanks for the comments.

Thanks for clearing that up, Jim, and we will definitely collaborate soon! ;D

If I can ever get this fake plastic Beatles guitar for the Rock Band video game out of my hands, that is! :(
