I meant to post this as a reply to my original post, but could not. It should be read and listened to as such.

all acoustic version in E of signal

without slide, but with Rabab in the background.

OsCKilO

i always wondered how to make a backer for a slide tune.

This is great.

You should put it in collab's for people to have a try over.

I'm going to.

Thanks for posting this

what is the violin sound?

This is really atmospheric stuff.

It is raining in london and it really suits the music!

Cool stuff!

Violin sound?
It's a Rabab! Nothing but the proto violin for the proto signal.
This is how it is played:

Cool!

I didn't notice you posted what it was... Lol

I love the sound of those things....

I should have known what it was... I'm half arab.... Lol

I only ever here it in Nasheeds (Arab Folk songs)...
They mostly consist of vocals though...

It would be great to use one in a bigger production..!

Peace Bro

Very different - really enjoyed this! And never knew what a raba is/was. As T says, thanks for sharing.

Thanks again,
I can't find the recording and can't remix it.
That rabab is hell to play. I gues mine is a cheap tourist one. My parents brought it back to me from Jordan.
