Thanks Rolow...and welcome to the BR forum! I appreciate you taking the time to visit from 600 land and will look for you there. Thanks for your kind and supportive comments!

Hey Greeny...always an honor to have you stop by for a listen. Glad ya liked this one..even if it was majorly squashed. Acoustic instruments have alot of character and the tones are sometimes tuff to capture...but worth the effort to try for.  8)

Pinedog, I love this. This song has everything, great playing, great lyrics, great voice, great production and great emotion.

As for The island, I fear for the poor sheep.

Hey Satch! Thanks for stoppin' by and leaving the great review! The leads were on my dobro/resonator...love the tone but trying to bend a note is an adventure with that high action. As for the lyrical content...yeah...another woeful tale of excess and self indulgence  ::) Just glad i lived to sing about it! Hope to try and catch up soon with this place..not even at my home base at SC much these days. Just too much else to do. Hope all is well...

Joe R1...thanks for droppin' in. At age 12, you gotta cool start if you diggin' the blues already...

Tony...sorry for the slow response. Really appreciate all the compliments. I assume you got my reply to your message about hearing deficits. Never heard back from ya....no pun intended  ;D
