Here is a song I am hoping on adding two basses...  For any bass players out there => Would like any ideas you may have and please share your bass prowes...  Working on some bass backing, but I am looking on adding two bass tracks to it.

Had to export it as mp3 w/ bit rate of 80 to be able to fit it into the </= 5 megs - so quality is not the best.

Tunning to a drop D - and it will be flat from 440 --- can tune to the D from song.

Any ideas = please share.

Eventualy would also like to add a cello to it...

Thanks T!  I have not been spending very much time on the forum -  a few minutes here and there.  When I listened to the play back there seems to be a noice in the background...  I'll be re-doing this song on actual 440 tuning, but will need to go for additional help on bass parts in another dimension - must not be very many bass players in the group...

Really good, relaxing but lively at the same time ( if that makes sense?). Shame I can't do the Bass for you, but I'm sure one of our Bassist's will though.
I always say, if I can leave somebody happy and smiling at the end of the day-----I've completely f*cked up!!

Very nice and a challenge for my newbie bass ability but I'd love to try anyway.
Might be hard to resist playing a D all the way thru Lol.
Good swing to this.

Thanks Stevie and Glenn!  Appreciate the comments!

Glenn, I am in the same boat = learning to play the bass as a bass and not a guitar -ha!  Have been working on an idea using two separate bass parts - trying to figure one now to follow the roots - there are a lot of changes - the other to follow kind of a melody working backwards.  I know I need to redo this first take and bring it up to a 440 tuning.
