Hi all,
My first complete song.
After some earlier struggling (lost tracks etc) I finally have my first version.
Some error in it and not completly happy yet about the solo part, but this is
my contribution for this moment.

The bass line is very simple, have just a bassguitar for 2 weeks, that's totally different
then a normal guitar I've experienced.

Hope you like it and please let me now your comment.

By the way no lyrics yet.
Need to put some lines more on paper.

Alex - You are a fantastic guitar man! I don't hear any problems with the bass at all.

Could you tell me how you put the drums together - a small timing issue I'm trying to decipher.

This is an intense and powerful arrangement - a talented musician you are. I'm actually looking forward to hearing lyrics and vocals for this one. I like this song a lot!!

Peace,

Mark

Drums are out a bit, but nice build.  Nice fade in!

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your comment.

What do you mean with the timing issue, @ start break.
Yeah that was a timing issue, needs to be smoothened.

Try to answer your question, if I understood it correctly.

During the intro and "break" I've used an intro.
As far as I know and intro is 2 beats long but I programmed 1 beat later
the next intro of the drum-intro.

I only want the bassdrum like intro but I couldn't find it in all the drum
rhythms so I choose for cymbals.
During the break I've used the same method only due to the limitation
of 50 'drumparts' (down know how to call it) I had to change my plan during
the break.

You mean the drum in the beginning....your right
i hear it now also.
But later it sounds to me on time, am I right?

You don't like the fade out ;-)

Yes - I see what you mean. No big deal - just thought I heard something.

Yes, it's unfortunate that there are no straight single drum beats (Kick, snare, tom, etc) However, there is a workaround for a closed hi-hat (Can't remember who to give credit to - anyone?). You have to burn up a preset arrangement (Drumpart) to do it. The first measure of Cnty1-IN plays four closed hi-hat beats. A one measure preset arrangement will play only the hi-hat and not the bada-boom at the end.

Great song, catch you later!
