Well i had my micro br for awhile. I would just record some guitar tracks and use a DAW program  and mix it in there with some drum tracks. Here is a link to the site i have those songs.

Well I'd say it's a pretty good starting point.
Obviously a man after my own heart. I use a Boss BR-600 & try to record/mix/master everything on it & only use the PC for converting the exported wav file to mp3. It's not as easy as using a PC, but it's much more self contained and ultimately more portable.

Nice guitar licks too.
