Great job here Jim, superb guitar sounds and great vox. Really excellent recording as well, you got a great sounding mix here.

I'm afraid I know nothing of Kiss - they were decidedly "uncool" in the circles in which I moved in the 1980s. But I liked this track and I did used to play one of these guitars in the early 1980s:

So I guess I have some connection with Kiss!

Boy, I wish I hadn't sold that guitar.

Cheers,

Nigel

Like Nigel, I was never into Kiss and my only connection is that I own a Gibson Midnight Special (a cheaper version of the L6S), as seen in these Kiss photos:

It's a pretty good guitar except that the neck width is a little too narrow for my liking. Solid maple with a pair of Bill Lawrence Gibson humbuckers. I think Kiss is the only band I've ever seen (in photos) using a Midnight Special.

NICE WORK, Jim!  I, too, was a huge KISS fan in the 70s, when I was just a wee lad.  Like 3 or 4 -- they were my favorite band.  I have old pictures with me wearing KISS T-shirts.  This is an awesome rendition of a fine Frehley tune!  It's a shame that Frehley and Criss have been shat on so much, but I'm sure a lot of it is their own doing.  It's just sad to see how well Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons are doing compared to them. :(

Excellent work, sir! ;D

I was never much of a Kiss fan, but I do enjoy a good cover version.
And this, my friend, is what this is.
Good guitar sound & playing.

Also worth a mention is the drums. Once again I find myself asking ... Are these Micro-BR drums?
I have the Micro BR's big brother the BR-600 & it constantly blows me away what I can achieve with that.
