Cool riff, but was that the sound you were going for? Sounded like it was clipping in places there. If you have hot pickups you need to watch the inputs.

yeh i went overboard with the distortion..my bad.......what is clipping?

Clipping is caused by overdriving the input, basically you cut the top off the waveform. sorta like a fuzzbox. If you download Audacity, which is free and a useful bit of kit, and load your MP3 into it you will see if it is clipping as the waveform will be going "off the scale".To stop it happening check the input levels on the MBR, the meters are a bit potchy to use, but they do work. There is also a clipping warning on there. Having said that this is not actually clipping much, I loaded it into Abode Audition to look. Just loads of gain I guess
