Wow, the Kite does the Happy Mondays! Very different feel and it really works well. Great guitar work from Tim, bit of a change of style. Great hooky chorus as well and nice chord change there. Love the break down at the end with the porn pedal on its own. Very well produced indeed as well, lots going on but everything is clear and the vox sound great. Whoever did that should take credit. I also like the "phat" bass sound, nice one Flash. Very inventive from the Kite.

Oh that was Tim with his 70's porn pedal. Cracking stuff isn't it. I can just see the flares, the sideburns and the moustaches.

Having met Tim in the flesh, he has the moustache and sideburns already. And I bet the flares and stack heels are ready in the cupboard....

It's my Schecter 5 string with straight through neck which gives it a nice resonance, and I have put it through an Alesis Midiverb, using the BigChoir stereo chorus mixed into the dry bass.
The MBR isn't fantastic for basses, so I think that I'm justified in seeking a little extra help

Thanks Flash, no worries with the extra "pedal" help - I have a Korg AX10B Bass modeler that I haven't tried yet. Will start with that maybe to try a few things now. A straight through neck will have to be on the wish list, though!

And Man on Fire is on there too! Love that one. Two of my favorite JK songs. Not to embellish the Bose - It was an option in my Chevy pickup. I used to drive around for a living and it helped shorten the day. Sounds awesome, though!!
