Rhythm temp question

Mr. Scar

Hi,

New BR user here. Love the thing.

One question though. I set up a song, 4 tracks with a rhythm running. I set the tempo at 95bpm. Everything sounding good.

Then I went and started working on another song. 2 tracks  with rhythm, nice!   Now here's the rub....I go back to the first song and the rhythm tempo is not 95bpm...it seems to revert to the default tempo!

How do I lock in the tempo I want? I'm sure I'll end up with many songs on my BR, I'll never remember all the tempos....and writing them down just seems so old school. Is there a way to have the BR remember my tempo?

thanks
Mr. Scar

Hello there Mr.Scar and welcome to the forum!

You have to go into Arragement mode to save the tempo. A simple way to save the tempo of a song is to follow this procedure:

   1.  Press RHYTHM
   2. Turn ON (if it isn't already), pressing TRACK1
   3. Choose AR, pressing TRACK2
   4. Press the left arrow < one time and then + to select S01 EMPTY001
   5. Choose EDT, pressing TRACK4
   6. Choose STP, pressing TRACK1
   7. Select your time signature using + or - (default is P314 Metronome 4/4)
   8. Select the tempo (scrolling the underscore to it with < or >)
   9. With + or - choose your Tempo
  10. Exit (3 times)
  11. Remember to keep the RHYTHM ON.
  12. Your tempo is now saved
