So far I have heard one recording (Sonatina Non Grata) by Frank53 using a synth...  I have some original songs that i would like to add some flute to it...  I have attached an example of one of the songs to give you an idea of the melody + --- it is on "drop-d" on both E's --- problem is that guitar was a bit flat from 440 when i did the piece.  If interested (anyone) let me know - Can use a synth to capture the waves~~~

The song is called: Like Mourning Doves --- I put it together while thinking about a friend (one early morning)...  He had met the love of his life to end up 3 yrs later divorced and totaly crushed - I was worry for him, he was, well in great dispair, and after I read one of his poems - I had a long talk with him, so he would know that he still had a friend, and there were still many bright lights out there to light his darknes, I was truly realy worry for him...  I went outside as the morning twilight was breaking, and I heard two mourning doves calling each other, and I put the song together for both of them - as when they first met and after they parted ways...

This song is part of a 10 song cd I'm working on.

If there is an interest I'll redo the song on 440 and will extended maybe another 30 - 40 seconds - have some other ideas with the strat...

Hey, FH!  I need to get ready to go to work...  Looking for a flute to follow the melodies - kind of like what I'm whistling to on the song - but I'll live it up to the flutist to also improvise their own feelings...  I'll visit with you later.

Oh yes. This has a descending chord pattern that I'm always a sucker for. And I love the way you get that 'rattle' on the strings - loose and beautiful. A little touch of bluegrass too. Lovely song!

Thanks Ron!  I'll do just that!!!  It is a challenge to try to listen and read sooo many psotings...  I have 3 songs ( more but these are top priority), and I think it would be great to be able to colaborate with several musicians --- have FHarry interested in giving it a try!

Cool!

Thanks Greeny!!!  Music is a big part of who I am - and like you and many others do not get much sleep, and some times - time permitting will crash and sleep an entire weekend if there is nothing going on...
