Well I am over my Stratphobia big style and couldn't wait to share the sound of the '60s custom shop pups so forgive my indulgence .. :-[
I am still getting used to all the different sounds I can get.. :D
This little noodle is on the neck and middle pups No BR effects just a pod fender reverb amp model
I can't stop playing the A,D and G string cos it really "quacks" which makes me smile........ ;D
BTW this backer is the first we learn to play with on my All Stars Course.....

Greeny

Clean as a whistle. Those notes certainly do ring, and I can hear you using those 'quacks' to very good effect. It's a beautiful thing!

Bluesberry

Thats what we are talking about Mike.  I love that quacky strat tone!!!!!!  That is the tone I can't get enough of.  A clean fender amp and a strat.  Great playing, your fingers are loving that strat neck.  I could listen to this all day.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Unmistakable strat tone 48. For over 50 years this sound has been imprinted into every guitarists mind. Makes me miss my blondie I had some years ago.

Now what would be interesting is take this backer EQ the low end on it up a tad and then throw your p/u selector to the neck position and feel the clean full fat crunch there brother! pure FATNESS!!! :D

So you had a shop install some Strat Pickups?
I'd love to do that to my Jazzmaster.
What are the details?

You had stratphobia?! Don't sound like it :D

I must get Edith back in action soon - she's watchin' me across the room, but I don't seem to be playing strat songs at the moment...

Lovely stuff 48.

Daaaaaammmmmn!

I love that sound! Now I HAVE to finish putting mine back together quick. Gotta buy a few more things for it first... My wife will LOVE that :/

Better to ask forgiveness than permission!  ;D
