GREENY!

Normally, I listen to songs (especially yours) 3 or 4 times before commenting, but since this was played live (and since I'm late for work ;D), I figured I'd give it just one listen, as if I had been there ... and, man, I wish I had!  My wife would probably have loved to have been there too, and that's saying a lot -- she's even more discriminating about music than I am.  The chorus is really strong, but it doesn't overwhelm the verse.  I like how your voice sounds live -- a little different, a little more raw.  But perfect, as always.  Someone mentioned your hybrid strumming/picking style, and it totally works in parts here ... this is something I myself do often on acoustic, but not nearly as well, unfortunately for me.  I really love the melodic intro where you seem to do this; I guess it's part of the verses too, on second listen (OK, I couldn't help it :)) -- but it sounds really cool and extra sweet in the intro/bridges when you aren't singing.  Makes the parts in which you ARE singing even better.

The lyrics are great, very deep, meaningful, uplifting, powerful.  The recording is nice and clear.  I feel like I was there!  I will be listening to the 2 others as soon as I return from a short day!

PHENOMENAL, AS ALWAYS!! ;D

THANKS!!!!

It was the live debut for this one and 'Cracks in the Glaze', so I'm pretty happy that I didn't play safe with some of the older, better-rehearsed tracks.

This one's my favourite song of the three.

The other two, for me personally, feel like "growers", but this one's immediate, grabbed me first listen :)

EDIT: I'm on my second listen to "Cracks in the Glaze" - and I was right, it's "growing" :D

Very good, clean sounding recording for Live. You executed the strumming/picking nicely and also good singing to boot.
