Last night my sons girlfriend Faith came over for her birthday.  Markus made her steak, but that was after we all sat down and had a jam.  Faith on drums, Markus on keyboards, Melissa added vocals.  I played along on guitar then added bass in...

i like this mix though.  I had a master from the Zoom L-20 with lots of crazy voices... too many..

but I took the Audacity mix and added in a smidge of the other master into it... and it gave me some cool stuff...

this was two drum mics... kick and snare and Faith stayed real simple... she has a drummer inside there for sure.. real solid.

Markus had this cool progression..nothing special but the way he made the chords pattern is real different than how I do... but I thought it was fun, especially for bass. 

I like my Shecter bass DI... then I added a little CLA bass stuff.

I can visualize you working very hard to mix and master this, probably many more hours than it took to record.  Like George Martin working late into the night, and early in the morning, long after the Beatles left.
