The vocals and lyrics on this jump out to me as one of your best recently.  It definitely has some kind of ear candy that draws me in.  Simple but effective.  I read the previous comments, I am guessing that you might've just recorded this in that cupboard under the stairs that you used to talk about?  Or is this in the famous hut? It's not For Nylon is it? collab with your GarageBand?
