More weirdness... I was having a chat with someone (Z) 8)  about Mustangs... you know the horses that are wild...

wild horses don't do much good for humans... except imo to give a good example of some creatures do not want to  be tamed... and some humans are the same way...

it is just a weird song.. not really aimed at anyone or anything, although it is a little auto biographical... at least in my desire.

The Shecter guitar through the ME-25 and the bass is DI... which I really dig...

I didn't even listen to the whole thing yet, and I know I dig it!

It's going onto my phone to listen with earbuds - to get the full effect...

I dig the left and right panning on the guitars, creates a cool sound when they each play at separate times. I dig the jamming and the lyrics are something I can get behind. Free the goats! Free the cats, ducks and squirrels too!

Zoltan

I wrote a long ramble about the song, but chose to delete it. Some of it was just stating the obvious like "this is such a sonic bombast", "you've got your sound together". Yada yada...

BUT then something new hit me: This song is fairly straight forward for Stephen yet he manages to make it sound way more complex and hard hitting. The soloing is interesting. I was playing yesterday and tried to find the Stephen scale :D My idea was go pentatonic and maybe think old school rock'n'roll... But nah. There's some extra ingredient hiding in there. It's in the phrasing. It's in the water... most likely :)

A cool song that works on repeat listens and the production is tight. Like i said. Yadda yadda. You've got your sound together man!

Cool rocking vibe, great guitars and vocal. Sometimes you just go where the mood takes you and this led to a really good rock tune, well done!

Cool rock song. I love the guitar tones and the panning too. And those drums.  The lyrics are typical StephenM, weird but great as always lol.
