I was walking a neon road
Hitchhiking my way to hell
When a shiny blue car pulled up
A sixty-four Coupe Seville
Couldn't see the driver's face
There was a blinding white light
Then it started to rain
And I jumped inside
Ch
I'm in God's Cadillac
God'sCadillac
With Jesus in the middle
And Holy Ghost in back
God's Cadillac
God's Cadillac
Me I'm riding shotgun
But there's room
For the world
V2
There were billboard signs
For sex and alcohol
But we passed the exit
in a NASCAR at Bristol
TheDevil tried to flag us down
At the top of the hill
But we stepped on the gas
Ran him down like roadkill
Repeat chorus
bridge
it's got white leather seats (rap)
Chrome grill
Repeat chorus
I'm in Gods Cadillac
I'm in Gods CadillacI'
But there's room for
For the world
I'm in Gods Cadillac

Another great song! Excellent chord progression and a massive chorus, great vocals and wonderful harmonized guitars. Worthy of the Boss himself!

What a fine song and ride! Got the Boss vibe for sure but great originality! 8)

Hi there,

Love that Chorus...Gospel winner

Super vox and backing suits the song entirely..

making these in a trailer park!  I love it Elvis... what I really like is the backing vocals choir... that sounds big.

nice recording... what kind of recording set up do  you use?  I would like to hear a bit about that.  nice lead guitar too.. very southern rock..

I suppose you could be classified as country but also NOT

i don't really care about "genre"... I realize why humans box things that way... your music so far is real solid.

A real good song. Excellent lyrics and vocals. "God's Cadillac, God's Cadillac" is a great hook. Your voice remind's me a bit of Bruce Springsteen, not a copy, but your tone and delivery have some of the same qualities (a compliment). Great songwriting!

I get everything recorded in Nashville ( at least country songs ) Dan Harrison tracks them out . Then get them mastered and mixed by BZ Lewis a guy in Oakland Calif. Atomos mix takes about 6 hours. I've used a lot of studios over the years , Dan fits the bill right now .My main deal is writing a decent song with my co-writer Bennett Johnson , We've been at this for quiet a few years . Atomos mix is done ,now to vid and promotion.

Thanks for the kind words !!!
