I wrote a demo of this one for the Glasgow MET, my version is all power chords with a capo on the 5th fret but the guys worked out the real chords and it became a different beautiful beast. You can see that version here https://songcrafters.org/forum/index.php?topic=35362.0

I continued adding to my demo, adding bass, drone guitars and synths, so here is my humble version. plan is that we do another version of this with the MET group. anyway

It is what it is.
I love you forever
But not right now
I'll see you tomorrow
Or maybe not
Ive too much to say
But I can't talk
Baby I ain't coming home
I think that I love you
But I'm not sure
There's a place in my heart
For you
This town is too busy
Distracting me
Baby I ain't coming home
I fell in a bottle
And can't get out
I met some friends
And they took me out
To a far off place
I don't know where
Baby I ain't coming home
Baby I Ain't Coming Home

That vocal sound is great. I wouldn't be putting down your playing either. The guitar playing certainly fills its place without any hickups.

The lyrics tell a story many are able to relate to. There ain't a genie in that bottle. Better just put the cap on.

This comment is what it is. In fact... Full of it :)
