today I heard with pleasure and emotion the "King of the road" by ODH and Tommy (aka Fenderbender).

..and I wanted to listen again on SC to a song that Tommy and I had done "green fields of france" and..the files were apparently corrupted

By chance I found in the bowels of my computer the backtrack I had made and Tommy's vocal track.

I took it back this afternoon, adding a Low wisthle, with a new mix and mastering.

here it is

I joined SC in 2014 under the sponsorship of my friend Alfredo, and in 2015 Tommy asked me to work with him on a cover of a song his wife loved, "when the sun say hello to the mountains".
Tommy was one of the first beautiful people with whom I exchanged music.

Unfortunately, I lost the video when my first YT channel was hacked and shut down, and I also lost the sound files in one of my many computer wrecks.
...but the sound file is stored in SC and you can listen to it here

We did this cover version (a magnificent and moving song about all the victims of the First World War, many of whom were Australian) of a song by Eric Bogle, a Scottish singer, naturalized Australian, who was kind enough to preface my training booklet on burns, which I did in Haiti.

Here's the story

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

A great song and wonderfully song by the both of you.
I do have an electric bass and guitar, i do have an acoustic guitar. I even have a keyboard and a Roland drum set What I seem to miss is skills. So to cure my at least 40y frustration I dicovered my instrument being my voice. So I finaly had the nerve to take singing lessons and make my voice heared thanks to Songcrafters.
