Thanks all.  Blue Rodeo is one of the most beloved bands in Canada.  We are going to have a national holiday named after these guys one day.  They came out in 1987 at the beginning of the whole Alt.country movement (the Jayhawks first album was 1985, some consider one of the first Alt.country albums), and are still going strong.  I saw them live last winter and they are playing better than ever it seems.  I would suggest checking out the album "The Days in Between" as a good starting point, my favorite album, came out in 2000 and has got steady rotation in my house constantly since then.  The other one to check out is "Nowhere to Here" from 1995.  They are a national treasure.  Thanks for listening everybody, hearing all these great comments gives me a big confidence boost.

Beautifully done. Your guitar playing is reliably top notch, but the vocal and mixing confidence is just growing and growing. This is a style that fits you like a glove. I can already hear you doing some kick-ass covers by The Band in this vein. Wonderful stuff.

Great job BB! I'm ashamed to say I only know two Blue Rodeo songs. "Lost Together" is one of them. The other is "Try" which I think is awesome!

Hey yeah BB..way to go this is great!! I love this tune and what you did to this is really good! I didn`t know you did this but i wasn`t around here in 2009 either.
There are a lot of songs out there by bands that people know off by heart but don`t know or care who really did them. I think Blue Rodeo is one of those bands and also April Wine. So many good tunes yet they don`t stand out as a great band to people. It`s a shame!
