I have had this wee power chord riff going for a few days and had intended to save it for the MET, but it kept pestering me to turn it into a song. So i did.

It is what it is.

Excellent track James! It kinda reminds me of a song off Wilco's latest album, mellow lyric-driven sound with some sweet spacey ambience added into it. A great bridge here as well and awesome double tracked vocals on the refrain.

Funny you should say that i was listening to a lot of Wilco yesterday, and played along to them on my acoustic and discovered they play a lot of single chords as a drone through some of their tunes, so i did that with one of the tracks playing one chord through as resonator effect on garageband, to use as a drone.

why save it? you did good just letting it flow.. because at the met... more cool and incredible goodness will flow... I can only imagine how hard all the tails will be wagging.... and it will take a bit to calm down enough to make some music... I am with you all in spirit... can't wait to hear what comes forth.. and to see the vids... and to hear the stories... rock on...
