New BBCode tags

I've added two new BBCode tags to give users more control over the display of the song title and the performer name(s) in their song posts and the jukeboxes.

[songtitle][/songtitle] allows you to specify the song title to be displayed in the MP3 player and jukeboxes.

[performers][/performers] allows you to specify one or more Songcrafters member names who performed the song. This is especially useful for collabs since the song title column of the jukeboxes normally only displays the name of the member who posted the song. But with the [performers][/performers] tags, you can override this behaviour by listing all of the members who contributed to the collab and they'll all be displayed in the jukebox instead of just the song poster's name. For example, see my personal jukebox as I've added [songtitle][/songtitle] and [performers][/performers] tags to all of my song post messages.

Also, I've added buttons above the message editor to allow you to easily insert the new tags into your message at the current cursor position.

Seriously: This is really nice, and I like the way it looks. I wish more Songcrafters would use the BBCode tags we actually have, but I'm not complaining.
