I have a few notions for this one, but I am about to go away for a few weeks, and I thought I would let it gestate. Nice to know we can still get weird at our age.

I dig how the snare moves around within the measures (drums are in 3/4 while the tune is straight 4).

Peace.

There's weird and there's weird.

This is weird........., but with abundance of talent.

My kinda weird

weird?  not to me... looks in mirror..
peace!  I need to find my peace pipe just now with this one...

the lyrics are amazing... the music is mesmerizing... I dig the off beat kilter of it... I suppose musically this could fit in some dark movie scenes.. when you think of stone monuments though and what they represent and what lead up to many of them I think the whole thing works and it actually portrays to me the entire horrors of death... people can say all they want but death is bs...just my two cents worth.

truth... that is what this is.

Man, that timing is messing with my head (in a good way). Wonderfully ON-kilter, and the vocals and the guitars add an Eastern, slightly menacing vibe.

Cool stuff!

Just as Cuthbert says above: that timing messes with your head but in an interesting way. Production is excellent and very skilfully done. That guitar that enters around 1:55 ish is stunning as is the vocal work. A stellar piece of prog rock if you don't mind me using that label.

Ok so this is right up my street. I crave weird in music, i need it, but it must also flirt with melody. this weaves in and out of a great haunting wave of a melody and yes that beat is damn good. Some great production touches as well. there is some crazy shit towards the end which is mind blowingly cool. Some strange accending vocal kinda has an Indian vibe or something... freaked me out on headphones. awesome gents.

Man, did you say a MOUTHFUL!

Crazy rhythm pattern.  Absolutely enjoyably weird!

My head is trying to turn backwards while listening to this timing. The song has a real sinister vibe to it. John's singing makes me think of the scales that are used in the Middle Eastern part of the world. You have hit the weird nail right on the head and it works perfectly!

Oh yes.  I can handle weird.  I think I can handle weird.  No  - I CAN handle it.

This is cool.  And talented.  I can't wait to hear where it ends up.

It may be disturbing.
