I do have an electric bass and guitar, i do have an acoustic guitar. I even have a keyboard and a Roland drum set What I seem to miss is skills. So to cure my at least 40y frustration I dicovered my instrument being my voice. So I finaly had the nerve to take singing lessons and make my voice heared thanks to Songcrafters.

Brilliant Keith. Mellowed me right out. Just a blissful vibe recorded beautifully. Your voice is excellent here.

Meant to comment on this earlier - a real stunner of a song.

I can hear a bit of VU vibe in there, but this sounds like a new (and quite excellent) song to my ears. I'm curious - is the slide-sounding part played on the Danelectro, or is it a steel guitar?

Great two-chorder! Well done.

Velvet Underground or not, I like this a lot and maybe does remind me of the kind of alternative rock that could be heard on late night FM back in the day. Very cool, laid back and smooth, suggesting a lot of careful attention given to musical and technical details. Really nice!

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

Yes, the slide part was the Danelectro. I love the sound of it for clean guitar parts, it's one that I go to a lot because of that. All the electric overdubs aside from the first part were from the Dano  :)

For a fairly cheap guitar, that middle position with the two pickups engaged is glorious, no wonder Page likes his....

You are a talented little bugger aren't you?  ;D  ;D

This sounds great Keith.

Your music alone is reason enough to visit this wonderful corner of the web.
