This song is built out of the two chords C and F. I was thinking of going more power pop initially but it turned into something more countryish with perhaps a dash of Velvet Underground ;). Had a lot of fun with this, though it was kind of difficult to get getting...the temptation of going to a third chord! Enjoy...

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

awesome... reminds me of the "Scientist" by Cold Play...

this is a bit different for you and your vocals even sound different... great and wonderful song... subtle beauty of a track... so many golden nuggets of aural goodness along the way.  This is one of those songs that will play in your head during sleep... kind of like "Landslide" from FM\\
wonderful work Keith.

This is awesome.  The 2 chord remit is not even remotely restrictive here - in fact it's barely noticeable.  I get the Velvets vibe in places, but only in places.

Great production too.

You've turned the two chords into a real beauty of a song Keith! You keep it so interesting with all the ear candy that pops up in the song throughout. Great dynamics and great song!

This sound way more than two chords. It has a calming effect to it. Making me stop counting the chords and thinking about Lou Reed? BerryPatch sure don't sound skanky like Lou, but there's a similar type of vibe to this song.

Oh, now that i read the description the Velvet Underground was already mentioned. Damn... Turns out Berrypatch can do stuff on demand.

But really? Two chords? Where did you hide them? In those sugary backing vocals, or behind the country tinged playing?

Vocal reminds me of Tom Petty.  Shows the amazing things one can do with only 2 chords.
I gotta try that sometime.  Ditch the jazz s**t and simplify a bit.  ;)
