What a great groove. Love the jazzy chords you throw in here and there - they reminded me a bit of Steely Dan. Excellent stuff!

This is awesome!  I agree with Greeny, it has a Steely Dan vibe.  And I think that jazzy rhythm guitar should be higher in the mix.  The lead is fantastic -- very Santana-ish at times.  Melodic as hell, but funky!
