It took a sweet while for me to comment on this one. And i think i should have taken even more time. Especially considering that lame opening line i got for you!

I'm familiar with this song and might have even tried to sing this in my weaker years (when i was young and gullible!).

The playing is tight as a mongoose wrapped to dry. The vocals have the youthful howl to them. I can hear you having lots of fun performing this and there's hardly any hurt in sight. This ain't even hurting my ears as you're really doing it good.

There's one thing you should be wary of... Throwing buzz words like "recorded on old Fostex VF160" and doing it so well might result into them young ones trying to find these pieces of "solid gold" vintage gear

Thanks Zoltan . HarBal is Software tool I purchased a few years ago when my hearing started to degrade. I've kept up with the upgrades. HarBal stands for Harmonic Balancing. Basically I use it to eq my finished songs using my ears and eyes with various graphs. It allows me to upload a favorite "professional" mix/mastered song. I can then visually match my song to it's eq graph. I have saved a custom rock style eqing that I use as my target guide graph. It's not perfect but a good tool to get real close for additional tweaking.

not imho.... his best stuff was on a much more obscure album called "Whenever We Wanted"
that whole album was amazing and it didn't get much radio play... and he was a bit raunchy too..
