No mistaking that voice, nice to hear a new one of your songs Trist. This has a lovely gentle peaceful sound throughout, the minimal backing fits great with your vocals. Brilliant lyrics too.

Love the stark beginning, giving way to the strings and drums. One of my favorite songs is called "4th of July" by Daniel Byrnes. I feel this tune could comfortably sit on the same album.
