this reminds me of something the young Berry would come up with...
ain't easy to come up with such pop greatness.
This crosses a few genre boundaries and also time periods imo...

a blending of superb influences no doubt but to end up with something wonderfully original as well.

lead guitar sounds really nice also..
the song flows and goes into all out assault mode at times but still maintains a nice laid back vibe to it.

Man, that is a beauty of a vocal. Great arrangement and performances all around. That vocal reverb does give it that 70's vibe, which puts it right in my cup of tea. Very tasty solo.
