"Stand up and lay it Down"

This song was posted before my time here but I'm glad I found it. Great song bro. It is strange, you can have 3 idiots on the street shooting at each other and after the smoke clears, they run off with not a scratch. And who gets hurt, some 8 yr old little girl on a play ground 2 block away. Ignorance has no  boarders and knows no color.
It's good to see that so many folks have pulled themselves up from the ashes and on to a more positive path.
Tharek, you never cease to amaze me.
Pleased to make your acquaintance. lol

Very, very good news. Lets hope the MBR's are put to good use and people start making tunes as good as this and get away from all the madness and pain.

Tharek man this is truly amazing.
After the golden age of rap in the 80's I kind of wrote the style off as it started to get either bland or vicious but here you have created something wonderful.  The music is fantastic and the lyrics are intelligent, subtle and really hit the mark without preaching.  I loved what you said on page one about reclaiming the genre.  It was so well said that it could go down as the "I had a dream" speech of rap.  This deserves and surely must be made available to a wider audience.  I hope you will be able to make that happen.
I also have a mixed heritage - my father was a man and my mother was a woman but like you I never allowed myself to fall into any media defined stereotype.
"Joking" aside you have really achieved something very special here.  Congratulations.

Many comments say what I think.
It's a shame you guys have no worldfame else this would be a world wide hit record.
