MKS - Obviously this rendition works as an instrumental in its own right - (and I've just downloaded it to my BR-MP3 folder), but if a vocal were to be added, then with the original being so well known, something a 'little different' may be needed for it to stand high, hence my suggestion for the Childrens' Choir. Whatever, though, it's a wonderful piece of work.

Oddly, this is my first venture into the '864 forum, considering that I used to own one. I'm certainly glad that I did. Mike, this is just beautifully done. Your playing is impeccable! All the emotion of the song comes through as it should. The light string arrangement fits nicely. Very well done!

There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

wow I missed this before.  this is really got that soulful sound going. The mood I am in will probably make me cry.  But that is a good thing. when you make people feel!!
Thats kind of how I feel tonight.

Once again, thanks for those compliments. I haven't had a lot to feel good about lately, reading these comments gives me a good feeling.

I have a few more soundtracks I made with the Br-864 for other people.
Promises In The Dark (Pat Benetar) was my very first, probably should not have picked that one. I have Blue Bayou (Orbison, but I listened to the Rhondstat version), Missing You (John Wait), Blue On Black (Kenny Wayne Sheppard), and even a little Molly Hatchet jam.

Well guys, I think I may have lost it!
I came into a little money, went ebay crazy! I have bought every pedal imaginable, a pedal board, B52 100watt 2x12 tube amp, wireless guitar system....
I know my Boss recorders have some neat effects, but I think my separate pedals will be better for a live performance. I may try a mic on my amp and experiment with different recordings that way. Any one else out there doing this?
