details all music me  cover of the chris isaack classic  all licencing is paid for so  no problem posting - female  backing vocals Cyndi Corkran

Farrell Jackson

This very well done Tristyn!  I like how you've made it your own with the picking acoustic and minimalistic approach. The droning synth gives it a distant atmosphere, which is cool. Excellent vocalization on this. The subtle backing vox by Cyndi works so well!

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

Ray Brookes

Great cover, Tris. Excellent expressive vocal work and the arranging/production is superb. As Farrell says the synth/string sound adds a cool atmosphere to the track.

not too many folks could ever come up with a version of this like this... but you have!!!

I give you major points for making a cover all your own... it is really great...

the vocals are dark and smoky and warm... the acoustic guitar keeps this track grounded... because this thing will fly into the sky otherwise....

cool mix... great production

TPB

One of my favorite songs used to play live a little reverb on the vocals and everybody always got into it well done doing the acoustic version

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

Jean Pierre

a really beautiful version which highlights the lyrics...in fact in the original version (which I like a lot) all my attention is drawn to the lead guitar playing with that superb clean strat sound ;)
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
The Lord of the Rings speech by Bilbo

Zoltan

Great version and i agree the droning synth notes really make a difference here.

Fun(nish) fact: I once did a cover of this and there truly was no "falling in love" with that version :D
