Blooby

This is absolutely wonderful. Michael Hedges had an early song of his called "Bensusan," which prompted me to check him out back then. His playing always spoke to me, and do a stellar job of distilling his vibe here. Lovely singing.

Really enjoyed this.

Jean Pierre

Thank you Blooby, I knew Pierre Bensusan in the 70's, we were in France in the middle of the "folk revival" period and in addition to some Anglo Saxon and American artists (John Renbourn, Bert Sanch, Chet Atkins, Bill Keith, Steve waring, Graeme Alwright (Australian) who were touring in France...there were a whole bunch of singers, guitarists and bluegrass bands...I can't name them all)

...but Pierre Bensusan really stood out with his exceptional musicality and originality.

He is a "craftsman" of music who has never had a large concert hall, but he has been touring the world for more than 50 years. At his home in France, near Paris, he organises DADGAD guitar clinics for amateurs (like me) and high-level professionals... it's a really nice experience!

C'est mon Idole absolue

..vous citez Michael Hedge,...la grande (très grande...et très belle) guitariste classique Ana Vidovic a repris une composition de Pierre Bensusan "Altiplanos"
