Does anyone seem to know if you can use guitar effects on vocals?  Thought it might be fun to play around with.  I have a condenser mic,  but can you plug a regular mike in through the guitar in line?  Any info would be appreciated

Yes you can! ;)

Actually, all the songs I've done with vocals were using GT patch instead of the Vocal ones. Just be careful that on their default settings, some of them tend to be a little too sensitive for vocals. Real easy to hit you up into OVER. But easy to adjust.

Press the [EFFECTS] button. The screen should look like this:

MC>P01:Ag LoCut
|ON |EDT|WRI|NAM

Notice that the cursor is under the "1" in the patch number ("P01"). Press the CURSOR LEFT button to move the cursor to the patch bank ("MC").

MC>P01:Ag LoCut
|ON |EDT|WRI|NAM

Now use the VALUE -/+ buttons to change the patch bank to GT.

Thanks guys I will try it! sounds easy enough.

It was a big leap forward when I first realised you could do this. It opened up all kinds of phased psychedelic vocal opportunities. Have fun experimenting!
