Im almost thinking there has got to be another one too...as I havent seen any mention of his model "Morgan KM 23 SSE" on either site?

It's surprising that two guitar companies exist with the same name. You'd think there'd be a lawsuit.

It actually is on www.morganinstrument.com if you choose "Strengeinstrumenter" and "western" from the menu and scroll down to right above Unni Wilhelmsen's (fine Norwegian Artist!!) signature guitar you'll see it.
