I had the pleasure of working with JackOfAll on this track.
I recorded the percussion and backing guitar at my home studio using Sonar, JackOfAll added the classical/flamenco guitar and Oud on his MicroBR, so hopefully this is still be ok to post in this section:)

It's a pretty low bit-rate to fit the 5 meg allowance here, and so far it's not mixed only mp3's sent back and forth, once I have the wav files and have it mixed I think it will add a lot to the overall production and will hopefully be releasing it on a cd in the near future.

Very very cool. You're right it needs more production but it's a great collab.

I could picture snakes rising in sway to the music. Nice.

 8) arrangement!! I think it's coming together well - I liked the guitar playing.

I love that flamenco sound. And it's been given a different, deeper resonance with the backing arrangement. This is what happens when two very talented musicians get together. It's masterful. I actually like the slightly lo-fi, natural feel of the mix, but it will be interesting to see what you do with it. You can get lost deep inside this song...

Glenn Mitchell

Well played and the natural drums is a nice change for a live feel.
Interesting how a certain scales evoke atmosphere.
I forget which is which. Is this Phrygian? A middle Eastern sound.
The mix could some panning IMHO.
