A very moving song, Ray. Great expression of the generational conflict, all meaning well.
Beautiful music. Nice change in mood and chord structure for 'mother'.
Nice arrangement. Love when the piano comes in, the acoustic solo, the strings, and bringing in just a touch of fretless bass. Nice work!

Beautiful song Ray! I really love the chords here. It has a latter day Pink Floyd feel with perhaps a touch of early Kate Bush. Excellent lyrics, I hung on to every line! Fabulous production, a bit different from usual but really creative and stripped back.

Your lyrics are always amazing ray. beautiful written and sang. I like the vocal effect on your voice, gives it that dreamlike, reflective quality.
It's great the way the music starts off quietly and builds upon to the solo, then eases back down the the ending.
