Do you know what I have?
I have nothing.
"To connai quoi mo te gain pas rien" ce qui se traduit par "Do you know what I have?
I have nothing"

"
My name is Jean, Jean Batailleur 1
I'm so lonely that it scares me
I am an orphan, abandoned
Under the full moon, I was found

At the end of the world, where I was born
Life is though, love is broken
It's not worth pretending,
Everything is messed up, everything is rotten
Life is though, there's no hope
When you're as bad as me

Pass the bottle, serve me a glass
The more I drink, the clearer I see
There is no future, there won't be any
There's only bitterness and worry
Sometimes I see the red star
I hear the call, I feel the wolf

Take your knife, let's go outside
Why don't you come and dance with Lil' Jean18
With my fists and with my gun
I am the best in the country
It only brought me problems
Stitches and enemies

My name is Jean, Jean Batailleur
I'm so lonely that it scares me
I am an orphan, abandoned
Under the full moon, I was left

Do you know what I have?
I have nothing. 2
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Thanks Tim and Stephen,

I love this singer Ralph Zachary Richard, born September 8, 1950 in Scott, Louisiana, is an American singer-songwriter, singer, guitarist, accordionist, multi-instrumentalist and poet of Acadian and Zydeco music.

...and I have done several covers of him : Lac Bijou, Dans le Nord Canadien, Marjolaine ;)

Man, your vocals along with the lyrics gave me chills! I love the full sounding mix here and the phased solo is a spacey delight! Sweet track

Fantastic cover JP, this may be my favourite post from you. Great music and the vocals are excellent, this song really suits your voice.I love the effects you've added too...the cries of the wolves and the sound of boots on snow.
