I dig it Ray! Impressive playing and arrangement. The laid back, bluesy delivery of the vocal creates such a cool dynamic for the song. Then the change up with the piano and acoustic guitar takes it in a calm after the storm manner. It may be a cover but it's all yours!

I'm not familiar with the original, but this is a great song.

You've done amazing work on every way! The guitar solo on outro is pure ear candy. Enjoyable listening!

as this is about to pass from the latest juke.... I just wanted to say one more time how amazing this is...

the drums alone are worth the time... but all the rest is just like a pile up of winning players converging near pitchers mound in a celebration of just winning the world series in baseball...

wow Ray... you pull off stunner!

yup, stunning in every conceivable way....that can be conceived........concerning that this is a conceptualization of the concept from the original heavy blues rocker........

Ambitious track to cover. Excellent work dude. Cool interpretation. Jazzier than the original. I saw the late great Peter Green live. He was with the Splinter group and was supporting John Mayall and the blues breakers. Sadly he was no longer the guitarist he once was, still capable of slow blues though. Still honoured to have seen him.

Back for a little more this so tasty you have to listen a couple times to catch it all

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

Great rendition of a classic, Ray. Some hot playing!
Well thought out arrangement. Some cool jazzy changes and mood shifts. Nice work!
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Oh Well? Bloody hell more like  ;D

Amazing guitar work, and I love the originality and reimagining you bring to it. The verses work so well with that slow, poignant softening. The hammond organ sound really adds something spicy too.

Outstanding.
