This is a song from Nick's (pipes) solo album from a few years back.  He decided to do a new version and I was very pleased to be involved with it - I re-imagined the music and Nick got his silky vocal chords limbered up and lubricated to deliver another stellar performance.

The words don't come easy but the letters do.

I'm a bit embarrassed that the "by" line shows Paul Chapman.  It is a Nick Coward song but performed by the Chapman Coward Inventive.  Just to clear that up.

I thought that I had changed all the meta data stuff in my DAW.

When I first saw the title of the song I thought "What the hell is this about?" Now I know. Fantastic collab, Paul and Nick's vocals are superlative. Great arranging/production skills presented here and great/imaginative instrumentation. Well done both of you.

I love Pipes singing as I have said before... it rises very high... and I know I have said this before but you gotta really be good to remind me of Dennis DeYoung...

I agree that you two are made for this together... and I love Trev's work with Paul as well... wonder what might happen with a song from the 3 of you?
