Most people don't embrace change
They don't care for anything strange
Those dog whistle theories of yours
Are way outa my range

Maybe there's a point here
A point it is you're missing
Go shout out in the desert
Where there's nobody there to listen

Maybe you think by speaking loud
You're gonna convince this crowd
Every silver lining has a darker cloud

Maybe there's a point here
A point it is you're missing
Go shout out in the desert
Where there's nobody there to listen

Maybe there's a point here
A point it is you're missing
Go shout out in the desert
Where there's nobody there to listen

You really think it's true
The crowd are gonna fear ya
Go shout out in the desert
Where nobody will hear ya.

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

Love the heavy riffing in the verse – and the breakdown version a 1:26. Super cool song, Ray.

the guitar reminds me of a grungier version of Yes on the album 90210.  In other words I really love that sound you got here Ray.... and then that sweet lead... the whole thing kicks off with some great drum sounds bashing us right into submission from the off...

I love the way you back out and go low for a bit... then the harp... really good stuff...

the vocals are exceptional as usual...

Ray,this is a belter.
I love the way the drums change the dynamic of the song.
That harp man is the icing on the cake.
What do you use for drums?
That's a rich track.
It's got everything, that slide at the end just teases us.
I love the tone on it .

Great lyrics and boy do I empathise with them! Cool to hear a rocker from you Ray. Great track!

When I play your songs, I know I'm in for a treat and this one is right on top of the rock pile! It's cool to hear your rockier style. The drums sound great and are very dynamic in the way they slow the drive of the music in the solo section. Fantastic harp playing and tone. Truth be told in the lyrics and vocals. Rocky coolness abounds here Ray!

DarrenG / The Devil's Toupee

Brilliant drum intro. These heavy guitars sound awesome ray. I like the mix of styles going on. Part blues, rock and indie grunge.
Love the lyrics and vocals.
Awesome music as always mate.

Grungey blues! Is that a Fuzz pedal you are using on the guitar? Very thick with a nice chug to it. I like the addition of the haunting organ in the chorus. Brilliant harp and guitar work! Cool track
