All recorded on the BR-900 except for Helen's vocals recorded on a computer based system in London, UK and sent to me via Electronic Transfer (email or dropbox) and then imported via the wav file import feature on the 900. Timing might not be just right on that vocal line as well as I just dropped it in at 0:00 and hoped for the best. This was January 2009. The lyric was sent to me by Deborah Linden (featuring the song titles from many of her Monday's Music website in which she wrote and posted a new song every week for the entire year of 2008) and I spent about half a week playing with it. I edited a few phrases and wrote the music and did all the recording.

Yamaha acoustic using br900 presets, brdrums using the computer program to edit preset patterns, and of course my vox.

Great to see another '900 contributor! Good song, and a nice recording. I like the guitar tone and the drum programming. The voices work very well together. Well done!

There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

PJ (& Helen) - Quite a catchy toon I thought. Reminded my of Neil Young in parts, well done to all concerned.
And a point in general, it shows just how much creativity has been released by these portable recording machines (All makes obviously, even though this is a Boss Forum), and also the Internet.

Fantastic arrangement! I remember hearing your song somewhere - Maybe in rough draft form, and this one was a very good mix. Natural sounding vox and guitar playing. The way it should be.

You done good!!!

Peace,

Mark
