I think I've found my theme for the RPM album ageing ...a second for the album..
I feel it in my body ,I feel it in my soul
Something deep inside, feels so very wrong
Aching in my knees i'm' burning up inside
I think its on Its way I think its coming now

But I live too fast to die

I can feel in my body its eating on my soul
Its getting in my bones its nearly time to go, go
It comes in my dreams its there when I wake
I feel it every hour all does is take
The disease i think i've found whey too late

But I live too fast to die

I knew that it was coming its always in the post
You read about  it in the books the disease that you hate most
You feel the reaper calling you feel that time is done
He's standing right behind you surely its you he wants not me

I've lived too fats too quick to die

I feel it in my body creeping into my mind
I forget what I'm doing I get lost in time
Maybe I'll forget who you are or who I am
Maybe I'll be unable to not even stand
If this disease takes a hold maybe I won't feel like a man
I can feel it in my body
I can feel it in my soul
The reaper is calling is it really time to go

But I live too fast to die

If Life is a dream then use your imagination

Oh yeah baby.....funky stuff.....careful I don't pull something from the gyrations......I better put my spandex on for safety reasons....soul funk.......power pop soul funk........get it down man........just be careful getting back up, you don't want to pull something

The music grabs you right off the bat. Vocal has a real Robert Plant feel to me. Could be an unreleased Zep track.
Excellent lyrics. Yeah, I'm in that age group.
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

"But I live too fast to die"

more great stuff Trev... all you need is a challenge, such as in rpm... and away you go...

I think this one is really up there man.. and like Bluesberry I think spandex is necessary to keep everything from blowing apart as we bop and bee back and forth... this is mosh pit stuff man!

The drums right out of the gate start this like a rocket attempting to defy gravity and leave this earth as quickly as possible...

I agree on the Zep feel...

you can call me anything you like.  Just don't call me late for dinner

Such a cool track! Everything happening here with the instrumentation and what a great vocal! I agree with Frank - sounds like an unreleased Led Zep track. Cool lyrics too.

The funkiness of this track offsets the darkness of the theme. It's like Tony Joe White without the hobos and the swamp. I think it's the sound of the alley mixed with the threat of the ditch.

I too gravitated towards the line "I live too fast to die".

Love the cavernous 'verb on the vocal. Works so well over the tight, close backing. Such a superb, snaky groove. Definitely Zep territory but still uniquely Reg. Brilliant.

Great groovy track Trevor! That vocal is fantastic, Robert Plant wishes he could still pull that power off. Nice bass riff too and wah wah'd guitars...
