Wow Nigel - great job!! !!

I like what you've done here for sure - really spices things up quite a bit!!

I've got to get me a bass and take some Ferryman lessons :)  I luv the part when we're all jammin to that F#m riff - really cool and heavy!!!

I also like the runs you added in at the melodic D-E-F#m parts of the song - very cool!!!

Phew Tommy, glad you like it. I had great fun doing this but it took quite a lot of thought. The F#m riif is great fun, esepcailly second time round when all teh guitars start playing it. I also really like the melodic run up D E F#m, I use my fave little bass riff which is a simple root-fifth-octave (you'll hear variants in every track that I play bass on), and it really works woth that lovely rising run you play. I tried a bit of shredding up the pentatonic scale at the end which seems to fit as well. But what a great piece of guitar playing to work with! It really gets inside your head.

Thanks for letting me have a go at this, glad it turned out to everyone's liking.

Cheers,

Nigel

This is fucking absurd, man!  And I mean that in the best possible way! ;D  What a crazy riff by Satch, and the FAT bassline by Nigel is too much!  It works perfectly!

I dig the insanity!!!

Exactly what I thought on hearing this but I had no proper words to express it.  Absurd works!!!!!! And I also mean that in a goooooooood way.
