I thought it was a Duran Duran 'Girls on Film' cover on the intro ;-). It's great, spiky pop. I get the Talking Heads vibe too. So many lyrical and guitar hooks. Love that whole section and solo from about 2:20 onwards. Great guitars, bass and vocals. Superb.

You've both pulled off this Reggae style and made it sound so easily done but I know it wasn't easy. Sooooooooooo, I like it!

Great, catchy song. Love the music and the lyrics.
I can be a terrible grammar policeman at times, so I understand your frustration.
Like when some people like use certain words like over and over, like you know what I mean?
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Guys this is so good. Damn it opens a can of work though, it's one of those topics that once you start you don't know where it ends. I had a conversation with a work colleague on a kinda similar topic. Turns out he hates being called "mate" (which I know I use sometimes, I lived in London for 15 years and it's hard not to). I told him a couple of pet hates were "Buddy" and "Pal", but really it is totally in the context for me. I can actually accept pretty much anything from anyone if I know it's being said in good faith and earnestly meant. Another word that seems to have lost it's proper meaning is "already". The younger ones are using it in the future tense now which seems just wrong to me.

But hey back to the song, You guys have come up with a gem here, stunning arrangement, stunning playing. Very original and I do love that higher vocal (touch of King Crimson alright). Magic.

Sounds like the bastard child of Duran Duran and Sting with a liberal dose of you. This song is much more than a so-so so and so.

This as catchy as hell. Could be my ear worm for the eve.
